Pick your Operating System: PC - MAC


PC 

 • CSS1-compatible browser (one of the following)
    Problem: The page isn't displaying correctly in my browser.

    Fix: Download one of the following browsers that have proven to display the page(s) correctly and are CSS1 compatible.
   


 • Flash plugin
    Problem: Everything except the actual map is appearing in my browser.
    Fix: You need to install the latest flash plug-in. Click the Flash icon below.
  
 
 • Enable Javascript
    Problem: Everything except the actual map is appearing in my browser.
    Fix: You need to enable javascript. Find your browser below, and follow the directions given.

    Internet Explorer 5

    On the browser Menu
    Tools >> Internet Options
    Choose Security tab
    Choose Internet zone
    Click button marked Custom Level...

    Scroll down over three quarters of the way until you find the heading Scripting
    The first subheading is Active Scripting
    Look at the buttons beneath
    Ensure that the button marked Enable is checked.
    Click buttons to make and confirm changes.

    Mozilla Firefox

    On the browser Menu
    Tools >> Options
    Choose Web Features
    Enable javascript

    Netscape Navigator 8

    On the browser Menu
    Tools >> Options
    Choose Web Features
    Enable javascript


MAC

    Choose Web Content under Web Browser
    Click on Enable scripting under the Active Content section if it is not checked.
    Restart your browser

    On the browser Menu
    Firefox >> Preferences
    Choose Web Features
    Enable javascript

    Safari
   
    On the browser Menu
    Safari >> Preferences
    Click Security.
    Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript.
    Close the window.
    Click Reload

    On the browser Menu
    Netscape >> Preferences
    Choose Web Features
    Enable javascript
