Living in a smaller community has many health care advantages. Your
physician not only knows you by name, but may also be your neighbor.
The caring, friendly atmosphere present in Todd County carries over
into the doctors office, where you will find pleasant doctors,
physician assistants and nurses ready to keep you feeling healthy.
There are two medical clinics in Elkton and one in Trenton to serve
the health care needs of the county. At these clinics you can receive
regular checkups, immunizations and treatment when you or a family
member is feeling under the weather. There are trained physicians
and nurses specializing in family practice medicine who are waiting
to get you back on your feet.
Just outside the county are several full-service hospitals to take
care of the major health care needs you may experience. At Muhlenberg
Community Hospital in Greenville, Ky., you can expect personalized
service in their long-term care unit, pediatric unit, maternity ward
or mammography clinic.
