Todd County is nestled in the southwest area of Kentucky, known as
the Pennyrile region. The elevation of the county ranges from 405
to 966 feet above sea level, due to the rolling hills scattered throughout
the countryside. The average temperature of the region is a pleasant
60 degrees. While it is home to a rural lifestyle and beautiful scenery,
the county is also close to several large cities such as Nashville,
a mere 63 miles away allowing Todd County to retain that refreshing
hometown feel while still benefiting from the many conveniences of
an urban area.
