Kearney has so much to offer! We pride ourselves on maintaining a hometown feel while providing the services of a large city. Our central location, rich history, excellent convention facilities, quality schools, state-of-the-art healthcare and fine recreation programs make Kearney the choice for work or play. Simply put, there is much to see and do in Kearney.

For those interested in history, Kearney’s museums, historical sites and Pioneer Village offer great opportunities to pass the hours and learn at the same time. From the solid foundation of our elementary schools to the wide range of programs at the University of Nebraska Kearney campus, students of all ages are treated as a valuable resource.
