| Founded
in 1940, the Ashley Valley Medical Center is now operated by
Lifepoint Hospitals, combining the resources of a multi-unit
facility with the specialized distinction of a hometown care
facility. The 39-bed hospital is joint-commission accredited
and served by Gold Cross Ambulance Service. Our fully accredited
medical lab is an asset for timely test results. Mobile MRI
unit services patients on a weekly basis and 3-D ultrasound,
CAT scan facilities, nuclear medicine and an expanding emergency
department all point to a future with healthy families. The
integrated professional building means that all the practicing
physicians are right next door. |
